JD: Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, tracking employee goals, and providing support for evaluations. Help employees with performance-related queries and provide guidance as necessary. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address any issues related to workplace policies, conflicts, and employee grievances in a professional and confidential manner. HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Payroll Administration: Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timekeeping information, handling attendance records, and processing payroll changes as required. Training & Development: Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees, ensuring effective delivery and coordination of training materials. Help track employee development progress. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction. HR Reports & Analytics: Prepare and maintain HR reports, such as attendance records, recruitment metrics, and other HR-related data. Provide insights and suggestions based on analysis. HR Projects: Support HR initiatives and projects, such as improving employee retention, workplace diversity, and enhancing HR systems and processes.
