Job Description
- Execute sales plans to achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, With team Targets.
- Conduct periodic reviews of sales teams and Initiate corrective action for improvement of their performance.
- Generate leads from inbound calls, websites, customer references and convert them into sales.
- Generate leads through property show / Roads shows / corporate meets through channel partners.
- Present the project visually and orally to make an impact on the customer and conduct a site visit and convince him to buy the property.
- Work with Marketing Team to Brings the direct sales .
- Submit the required MIS reports periodically.
- Should have good Team Management Skills.
- should have good knowledge understanding of Real Estate sales Marketing.
- should have excellent communication skills with knowledge of telugu , Hindi English languages.
- should be able to train, motivate and mentor his /her team members.
- should have good presentation and demonstration own shows conveyance with valid driving license.
