Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing user interfaces of web based application using Figma
- Design creative visual/interactive elements based on wire-frames
- Conducting user behavior analysis, competitor analysis, Usability testing
- Work closely with Product owners in India and Germany to create design strategies, promote & facilitate a user-centered design approach
DESIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Applicant should have expertise and experience in the following technical skills
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma work.
- Proficient in design tools such as figma , Adobe creative suite, sketch etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
