Syniti Data Migration Consultant (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Syniti Data Migration Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration projects, extensive hands-on experience with Syniti, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful migration processes.

Position Details :

Location : Pune (Work from Office).

Total Experience Required : 8+ Years.

Relevant Experience in Syniti : 5+ Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end data migration solutions, collaborating with ERP functional consultants.

- Architect and design data migration strategies, ensuring smooth execution from discovery to go-live.

- Provide expertise in ERP data migration lifecycle, including effort estimation and planning.

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in environment and infrastructure planning for data migration.

- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance throughout the migration process.

- Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to drive successful project execution.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing prior experience in customer-facing roles.

Required Skills :

Mandatory : Syniti.

- Experience : 8+ years in data migration projects, with 5+ years in Syniti.

- Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
