Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Associate to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and be responsible for driving sales and revenue through online channels.
This role requires familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
Primary Focus: Inbound Lead Qualification and Engagement
- Focus on qualifying inbound leads who have already shown interest in the company's product or services.
- The main goal is to identify sales-ready opportunities and move them through the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital analytics and marketing domain.
Lead Qualification:
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and content downloads.
- Assess leads for fit and readiness to buy using frameworks like BANT.
Engaging Warm Leads:
- Follow up with leads who have already engaged with content or shown interest.
- Respond to demo requests, webinar registrations, or trial signups promptly.
Lead Nurturing:
- Maintain consistent communication with leads who are not immediately sales ready
