Positioned at the "Series C" stage, Itilite is resolutely pursuing the goal of digitalizing corporate travel and expenses, striving to render the experience as effortless as individual travel.

The brand is making remarkable strides, having catered to over 500 corporate entities, facilitated millions of bookings, and boasted a diverse inventory of over 4 million flights, hotels, and many options worldwide.

As a content marketer, you would be responsible for curating all content efforts across SEO, paid marketing, product, sales enablement, and website. The scope of the role also extends towards creating/managing content to attain strong brand awareness, thought leadership to enhance demand generation, and churning user adoption collateral.

Core Responsibilities:

Writing captivating and top-notch content copies across various platforms such as websites, SEO blogs, thought-driven leadership blogs, social media, Reddit, email campaigns, and materials aiding sales.
Collaborating with the founders and cross-functional teams like sales, product, and design to ensure content conforms to brand guidelines, messaging, and broader marketing ventures.
Ideating creatives/infographics/audio-visual content for blogs and emails with the design team involves sharing precise briefs and references.
Optimizing content for SEO to bolster organic search rankings and propel website traffic
Being involved in blog and gated content topic identification discussions and taking responsibility for revamping old blogs to drive more traffic.
Staying abreast of industry trends and optimum practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing, as well as applying pertinent insights to enhance our content strategy.
Scrutinizing content performance metrics and individual key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the efficacy of content marketing endeavors and offering data-driven suggestions for enhancement
The ability to engage in AI tools for image and content creation is preferred

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor's/Masters degree
Excellent written/oral communication skills
3+ years of experience in content writing
Proven work experience as a content writer, preferably in SAAS
Quickly adjust to last-minute changes and shifting priorities
Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Think on your feet and deliver quality content under pressure
Take ownership of tasks without waiting for direction
Proficiency in handling content management software (CMS)
Ability to multitask and have a strong inclination toward problem-solving
A strong interest in travelling is a brownie point
