Junior Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Perform day to day data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting data
• Reconcile bank statement and ensure discrepancies are resolved
• Support in month end and year-end report preparation
• Assist in the preparation of year end final accounts
• Petty cash handling and voucher preparation
• Maintain stock report and keeping it upto date
• Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors and other ledger account
• Banking responsibilities

Your requirements

• A bachelors degree in commerce or any equivalent degree with specialisation in finance
• 2 Years working experience in the field of accounts / taxation or finance
• Experienced in working in Tally software
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS will be an added advantage
• Workable communication skills in English
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
