Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Analysis & Reconciliation:
• Monitor and track inventory transitions
• Conduct data analysis to verify and reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure timely adjustments.
• Collaborate with various departments, including logistics and supply chain, to optimize inventory control and address critical issues.

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in budget preparation and support forecasting activities to align with business objectives.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with teams across purchasing, finance, supply chain, and logistics to ensure seamless financial and operational processes.
• Engage stakeholders by providing clear communication and maintaining transparency in financial data reporting.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

1. Process Improvement & Cost Monitoring:
• Identify and implement process improvements that contribute to operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Support audit facilitation by maintaining organized documentation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide oversight for expense tracking and resolution of budget discrepancies.

1. System & Data Management:
• Utilize systems such as SAP, CapEx+, and Excel for accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Automat tasks where feasible to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
• Ensureconsistent data integrity across various financial systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant degree

Excellent English written and verbal

Exp - more than 10 yrs

Comfortable to work in US shift 8pm to 5am ( Work from Home)
