Job Description

  • Director /VP/President Business Development Staff Augmentation (Staffing Business) will be required to acquire clients for ITCONS staff leasing services to Indian clients. He will also focus on Rebadging business of staffing.
  • Prior experience in acquiring staffing / staff leasing business for IT/ NON-IT; preference to be given to resources coming from competitors like Quess Corp, Adeco, Manpower, Team lease etc. Those only having experience in recruitment business development will be strictly NO.
  • Annual Target is to add minimum 3000 staffing resources in ITCONS portfolio through new positions from various clients or through rebadging.
  • Responsible for presentations, company presentation and taking full responsibility of sales and marketing team for staffing business.
  • Involved in end-to-end business staffing development activities.
  • Will head the team of Business Development Managers.

  • Strong commitment to the aims and objectives of ITCONS; be a major architect for how ITCONS vision and strategy cascade into range of new sales and marketing programs & activities.
  • The ability to work effectively in, and provide support to, a flat seamless work structure. A full appreciation of the value of co-operation, both internationally and within a team environment, treat all staff members as peers and colleagues and display an understanding of diverse cultures.
  • Collegiality and Empathy: Should have the ability to show compassion, fairness and sensitivity to others pro-actively. Able to get sophisticated concepts easily.
  • Have the capability of identifying key levers of change; allocate staff time and resources effectively.
  • Ability to be a modest listener.

  • Resource mobilization: Ability to build a strong brand visibility for ITCONS PAN India.

Preferable Candidate

  • An understanding of the Indian marketplace sales cycle of software services.
  • Should be able to generate good pipe line for business development.
  • MBA Marketing and Sales.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Having prior good Experience of Business Development and rebadging of staffing services.
  • Good National and International Network for Business Development.
