Job Description
SAP Basis consultant:
Responsibilities:
- Installation, upgrade, and patching of SAP systems.
- Performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of SAP systems.
- Managing user authorizations and roles.
- Monitoring system performance and proactively addressing potential issues.
- Providing technical support to end-users.
- Staying current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
- Participating in projects related to SAP system implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS technologies, including:
- Operating Systems (Linux, Windows)
- Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA)
- SAP NetWeaver
- SAP HANA
- SAP Solution Manager
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
