Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems.
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on proper use of IT equipment and software.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and best practices.
- Assist with procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
- Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Freshers are preferred.
- Associate's or bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are preferred.
- Should be willing to travel to different locations across Bangalore.
