Job Title: Executive - Digital Marketing & Graphic Design (mid-level)

Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and creative Senior Executive to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven ability to design visually appealing and engaging content. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns, creating high-quality graphic designs, and managing social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and provide regular reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing and engaging graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Create high-quality images and videos for use in marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Maintain a library of high-quality stock photos and graphics.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels.
- Monitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
- Analyze social media performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain a strong online community.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and infographics.
- Ensure all content is high-quality, informative, and engaging.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO).
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Assist with other marketing and communications activities as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
