Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Online Munim's suite of accounting software solutions to potential clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess their accounting software needs.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions that align with Online Munim's offerings.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, striving to close deals that are beneficial for both the client and Online Munim.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in software solutions or IT services. Experience in the accounting or financial software sector is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
