Edfora - Manager - IT Quality Assurance (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities (QA):

- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test strategies and plans, that aligns with company objectives and own its execution.

- Lead the STLC process, including effort and cost estimation, to ensure efficient and effective testing outcomes.

- Manage QA resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence to deadlines without compromising quality.

- Define, own and execute QA processes that are efficient and aligns with organizational goals.

- Leverage cutting-edge technology and tools to enhance QA processes and maintain technological leadership in the market.

- Upskill QA team through training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
