- We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Growth Manager to drive revenue expansion, strategic account development, and client acquisition for TankhaPay SaaS.

- Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Business Growth Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve growth targets.
- The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a reputed institution, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a proven track record of driving impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, building a high-quality pipeline to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Account Expansion: Leverage account insights to identify opportunities for upselling additional features, services, or product tiers, aligning TankhaPay's solutions with client objectives.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts, understanding client needs and positioning TankhaPay as a strategic partner.
- Revenue Growth: Execute targeted strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of TankhaPay's client base.
- Customer Retention & Engagement: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention, focusing on enhancing customer loyalty.
- Market & Client Insights: Gather and analyze client feedback and market data, providing insights to support account strategy and product development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on customer needs and enhance the client experience.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on opportunity pipeline, account growth, and other KPIs, providing regular updates with actionable insights to the Head of Business Development.
Education: MBA from a reputed institution is mandatory.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management, preferably in the SaaS industry.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed growth and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
