• End to End Payroll Calculation.
• US Payroll Processing
• Handle direct customer interactions .
• Handle ADP Application,
• should be hands on
• Responsible for Processing End - to - End Payroll Processing for U.S based clients compelled with multiCompany - Attends all the "Pre and post payroll - Processing Calls to get the specifications and to clear out my concern before processing the payrolls with the clients .
• Mentor new hires in various tasks pertaining to the process.
• Processing & Submission of adjustment payrolls (Regular, monthly and quarterly).
• Processing off-cycle payments with 100% accuracy .
• Payroll billing activities,
• review and reconciling payroll transactions.
• Involved extensively in the US payroll process using ADP Application

Must Have Skills :US client interactions, US payroll preparation, ADP Application.

Soft Skills : Hands on communication skills, Analytical Skills .
