Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international calls from UK and US clients, providing excellent customer support through voice processing services.
  
• Resolve customer queries related to collections process, b2b collection, and international calling.
  
• Possess strong negotiation skills to resolve disputes effectively.
  
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English language proficiency.
  
• Work on various processes such as international BPO, customer care, and call center operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in handling international calls (UK & US).
  
• Strong knowledge of collections process, b2b collection, and international calling procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency required.
  
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
