Immediate Hiring- US Voice Process (Internal Collections) Night Shift

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Collections Specialist to join our Accounts & Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivables from US customers through a high volume of follow-up calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Role & responsibilities

• Ability to handle 75-100 follow-up calls daily.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
• Excellent advanced Excel and Google sheet knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills/ analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an international voice process, preferably in collections.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Entering data and keeping correct records is a must.

Required Candidate profile:

• Graduation or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
• Must have experience in international voice process.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
