Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AX 2012 Functional/Technical Consultant with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and the ability to implement, troubleshoot, and customize AX solutions in a SLA-driven environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored AX solutions that meet client requirements while ensuring smooth operational functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customization & Configuration : Design, develop, and implement AX 2012 solutions, including customizations, integrations, and configurations, to meet specific business requirements.

- SLA-Driven Deliverables : Ensure timely delivery of AX-related tasks, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both ongoing projects and support cases.

- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Provide troubleshooting expertise for AX 2012-related issues, ensuring fast resolutions to meet business needs and minimize downtime.

- Requirements Analysis & Documentation : Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to design and implement solutions within AX 2012.

- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with business users, project managers, and other technical teams to align AX solutions with business processes and objectives.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing, quality checks, and assist with UAT to ensure that developed solutions are functional, secure, and bug-free.

- Training & Support : Provide end-user training and create documentation to ensure proper system use and support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (Functional and/or Technical).

- In-depth knowledge of AX 2012 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).

- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate these into AX solutions.

- Experience with customizations, developments, and integrations in AX 2012.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.

- Experience in working with clients in an SLA-driven environment.

- Proficiency in X++ programming language, MorphX, and AIF (Application Integration Framework).

- Solid understanding of SLA management and service delivery metrics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length : 12 months

Pay : 1,100,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per year
