Roles and Responsibilities

• Firewall Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of firewall systems to ensure network security.
• Domain Management: Manage domain controllers, DNS, and Active Directory services.
• Data Center Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of data centers, ensuring the reliability and availability of critical systems
• Backup & Recovery Management: Develop, implement, and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Server Support: Provide Level 2 support for server hardware and software, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

• VMware: Administrator and maintain VMware infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
• Networking L2 Support: Offer L2 support for networking issues, including routing, switching, and troubleshooting network problems.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the IT support team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Office 365 Administration: Oversee the administration and support of Office 365 services, including user management, security, and compliance.
• Incident Management: Handle and resolve IT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation: Should have knowledge of ISO 27001: 2022 guidelines and Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and processes. \
