Job Description
Provide Support for Windows Ubuntu Environment
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
- Resolve Log bugs and enhancement requests
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
You have:
- A bachelors degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
- Proven 2 to 4 Years of Experience into IT Executive Profile
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Hands on experience with Windows Ubuntu Environment
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
