IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the main point of contact with the customer. Should have good coordination skills with the internal technical teams and with customers as we'll. Must have good documentation, presentation, and communications skills & & willing to work on rotational shifts including Night Shifts.

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and your customers

• Escalate the issues to the development team and ensure timely resolution

• Should be able to collect the basic requirements and document

• Should be able to follow the documentation process

• Track and manage tickets till resolved. Plan the workload.

• Work with all internal groups including support, engineering, and product management

• Prepare accurate and timely reports

BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE/Related or BCA/MCA or Bachelor In Computer Science Or Maths Or Arts
