ISS STOXX - Senior Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js (7-11 yrs)

Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer at ISS STOXX, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications. You will be responsible for working on both the front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration between them. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java, React, GraphQL, SQL/SSIS and Docker along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand software requirements.

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions using Java for back-end development.

- Design, implement, and maintain front-end components using React, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.

- Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs to facilitate efficient data retrieval and manipulation, ensuring that front-end components receive only the necessary data for optimal performance.

- Develop and maintain SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

- Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless communication and functionality.

- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and address defects and performance issues.

- Utilize Docker to create, deploy, and manage containerized applications, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in full-stack development to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.

- Leverage cloud services such as AWS and GCP for application deployment, storage, and scalability.

- Implement best practices for cloud architecture and resource management to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Looking for someone with total 7+ years of experience in IT industry.

- Relevant 4-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (Java with React).

- Strong proficiency in Java for back-end development.

- Hands on experience in cloud services such as AWS and GCP, including experience with deployment, storage solutions, and cloud architecture best practices.

- Extensive experience with front-end development using React, including state management libraries like Redux.

- Familiarity with GraphQL for building APIs, including experience in designing and implementing GraphQL schemas and queries.

Proficient in SQL database design, optimization, and maintenance.

- Experience in SSIS/SSRS.

Experience with Docker for creating, deploying, and managing containerized applications, ensuring consistency across environments.

Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
