Bid Manager/Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for complete end-to-end Presales & Bid Management, Proposal Writing and Management (RFP/RFI/RFQs and Govt. Tenders)
• Creating synopsis for various tenders, Proposal Review and Qualification for decision to bid, setting kickoff meetings for proposals, perform RACI matrix for the bid for mapping tasks to various stakeholders, attending all client bid meetings & maintaining business relationships.
• Managing centralized repositories for all bids / proposals / capability presentations and references in the Knowledge Management space
• Presales, lead generation including customer data profiling and management

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Presales with service industry or consulting services
• High-quality customer service skills to build relationships with customers
• Strong technical aptitude to understand the challenges a prospect is facing and translate those to business outcomes
• Solution-oriented analytical skills
• Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Have strong presentation skills; and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
