Facility/ Shift Manager Soft Services

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, event management, procurement, and AM/CM.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  
• Supervise staff performance and provide guidance on tasks such as cleaning schedules, inventory management, and customer service expectations.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., facilities) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, event management, procurement, AMC/CMA processes.
  
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
