Job Description
- Applies the elements of the project management discipline appropriate to the project and the environment: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management, Procurement
- Manages life cycle of projects with traditional software development and Agile principles for strategic projects which range in scope, budget and team size
- Influences a high level of accountability for project budget and resource forecast with varying levels of risk and complexity
- Detailed tasks include developing/managing/maintaining comprehensive, accurate project plans and schedules; facilitating estimation and forecasting; performing risk/issue/change request management; meeting facilitation; variance analysis; and status reporting.
- Coordinates with business partners and members of the Information Technology team with regard to project planning and execution
- Leads project related discussions and activities
- Ensures the coding standards are practiced
- Guides the team on Technical aspects and provides the solution whenever and where ever its required for the smooth delivery of the project / deliverables.
