Dotnet Backend Developer

Position Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications spanning multiple modules using technologies like .NET, C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
• Write efficient, high-quality code following object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance and provide support for existing applications as needed.
• Organize project requirements in a logical programming sequence and estimate deliverables by leveraging knowledge of computing capabilities, programming languages, and problem-solving techniques.
• Develop end-to-end solutions across application tiers, including user interfaces, business logic, databases, workflows, and reporting.
• Build proof-of-concept examples to drive innovation for current and future solutions.

Technical Leadership Responsibilities:
Technical Guidance: Support and guide team members in understanding project requirements, suggesting solutions, and overcoming technical challenges.
Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks. Provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
Architecture and Design: Contribute to discussions on architecture and design to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements. Recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to be utilized.
Task Allocation: Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and prioritize work to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, helping them improve technical skills and achieve their career objectives.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Share regular project updates, conduct team meetings, and align everyone with project goals.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and address risks in collaboration with the team.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that values team contributions and encourages innovative thinking.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement by optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency.
Performance Evaluation: Offer regular feedback on team performance, conduct evaluations, and support career development initiatives.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with advancements in relevant technologies and continuously improve your technical expertise.

Position Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience working with .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and C#.
• Proficient in SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is beneficial.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React is an advantage.
• Preference for candidates available for immediate joining.
• A US B1 Visa or the ability to travel globally is a bonus.
