Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Social Media Specialist . This role will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media ad campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on driving brand growth, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ad strategy, design, and analytics, along with a creative eye for impactful social media content.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Ad Strategy and Planning
• Develop, plan, and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand trends, and optimize ad content accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media ad strategy with overall brand and business objectives.
• Creative Design
• Create visually compelling ad creatives, including graphics, videos, and carousel ads, tailored to each platform.
• Work closely with designers (or independently design when needed) to ensure ad visuals are engaging, brand-aligned, and optimized for various platforms.
• Test different design elements to identify what resonates most with the audience.
• Ad Posting and Management
• Schedule and post ads according to the campaign timeline and budget.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to ensure maximum effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure ad compliance with platform guidelines and troubleshoot any issues.
• Performance Optimization
• Analyze ad performance data (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, visuals, and targeting to improve ROI.
• Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Budget Management
• Monitor ad spending to stay within budget limits and maximize cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Adjust bids and budgets across campaigns based on performance metrics and campaign objectives.
• Reporting and Communication
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing campaign results, optimizations, and ROI.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

*Qualifications:*

• Proven experience in managing social media ads, including Facebook Ads Manager
• Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other ad performance tracking tools.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and juggle multiple campaigns.
