General Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Paid Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic team at KrispCall. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The goal is to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through data-driven advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at audience targeting, performance analysis, and creating impactful ad content in collaboration with our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective paid social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.
• Manage campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Efficiently allocate and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad formats, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, advertising policies, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Expertise in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of social media advertising trends and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with advanced audience targeting, retargeting, and multichannel campaigns.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to social media advertising.
• Experience with video content creation and video ad strategies.
• Familiarity with evolving social media algorithms and advertising policies.
