Role & responsibilities :
Oversee Technician Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of service technicians, providing guidance and support for optimal service delivery and troubleshooting on-site.
Customer Satisfaction Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring service issues are resolved promptly and customer expectations are consistently met.
Coordinate Service Operations: Schedule and dispatch technicians effectively, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service requests while optimizing resources.
Technical Support & Training: Provide remote technical support to technicians and assist with ongoing training to enhance skills related to specific products or services.
Ensure Compliance & Quality: Ensure all service activities meet company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols to guarantee high-quality service.
Monitor and Report on Service Metrics: Track service performance metrics, such as response times and customer feedback, and generate reports to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Preferred candidate profile :
Strong Knowledge of industry standards for special-purpose machines operations and maintenance.
