Business Development Executive

Isar Systems And Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at our West Delhi office. In this role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new clients and projects, driving the growth of our software development and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for software development and IT services.
• Develop strategies to acquire new clients in domestic and international markets.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients through various channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling sales pitches.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business contracts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT/software sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience generating leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or direct sales channels.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
