Legal Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager with a minimum of 7 years of legal expertise in corporate law and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts, ensuring legal compliance, managing a legal team, advising the board on legal matters, and resolving disputes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard the companys interests.
• Ensure that contracts comply with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks.

• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on new legal developments that may impact the company.
• Assist in corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and company policies.

• Lead and manage the legal team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure efficient workflow within the legal department.
• Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees on legal matters.

• Provide legal advice to the board of directors, senior management, and key stakeholders on legal risks and strategies.
• Handle and resolve legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when required for complex legal matters.

• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
