Job Description
IRIS Business is looking for a seasoned Co-Business Head with over 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry to lead our company s growth and expansion. As the Co-Business Head, you will be working closely with the Business Head and will be responsible for defining and executing the company s overall strategy, creating business plans, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Our goal is to scale to 20X revenue in 5 years. Develop and execute the company s overall revenue strategy to achieve this growth target.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the RegTech and SaaS market, trends, and competition to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business initiatives, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of the curve
- Oversee all aspects of the company s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Over 15 years of experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of successful business leadership
- Deep understanding of the RegTech and SaaS market, trends, and competition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
