Java FullStack - Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Java for backend development and Angular for frontend development.
• System Architecture: Architect and design solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, performance, and security.
• Code Quality: Ensure the quality of code through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Java: Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Angular: At least 5 years of strong experience in developing rich user interfaces with Angular (latest version).
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, and responsive web design.
• Database Management: Strong experience with relational databases like SQL Server, or Oracle and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
• RESTful Services: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Version Control: Proficient in using GitHub for version control and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing: Solid understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks.
• DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like TeamCity Octopus, Kubernetes, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MicroServices: Experience in designing and implementing MicroServices architecture.
• UI/UX: Understanding of user experience principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
• Performance Tuning: Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for both frontend and backend components.

Security: Awareness of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures in web applications
