Power BI - Lead

We are looking for an experienced Lead BI Engineer with 8-12 years of experience. As a BI Lead you will play a critical role in leading BI development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions . Additionally, experience with Semantic modelling, SQL development and performance optimization will be crucial for this role.

Must Haves:

• Power BI: Expertise in creating complex reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Transforming data using M-Query and Data Flows
• Expert in writing DAX
• Dashboarding: Strong skills in designing and implementing interactive and informative dashboards.
• Strong PL/SQL development and SQL query optimization
• Experience in designing and implementing Power BI and Azure Analysis Services Semantic models
• Good communication skills and ability to engage directly with Business users to draft requirements
• Ability to lead a team of 5-6 BI Developers
• Proven track record of working independently and leading team
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Good to Have:

• Decent understanding of Microsoft Power Apps.
• Knowledge of AWS - S3, Glue, Python, PySpark & Redshift
• Knowledge of Data Lake concepts and its implementation on AWS
