Business Analyst-Software Product

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more of the following modules:

Location: Bengaluru

Work from office(3 to 4 days a week)

• Agriculture Manufacturing
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Cardlock Fueling
• Cash Management
• Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM - Risk Management)
• Contracts Management
• Logistics
• Financial Risk Management (FRM)
• Inventory Management

Role & responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software product development.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct business process reviews and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop functional design documents, user stories, and process workflows.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure product functionality meets business requirements.
• Conduct training and user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to the module.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B. Tech degree.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software product company.
• Strong domain expertise in at least one of the specified modules.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, reporting tools, and API integrations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with international clients and stakeholders.
