Who we are looking for

For our tea vertical as we expand our portfolio, we are seeking an energetic Accounts Receivable Executive to be based in Kolkata. This role is ideal for someone who has strong accounting and mathematical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable process from order to cash, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Process customer orders, generate invoices, and maintain records.
• Reconciliation, bank reconciliation, debit note/credit note management and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and optimize working capital.
  

Required Skills

• Strong accounting and mathematical skills
• Understanding of good principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management and detail orientation
• Ability to keep company and partner confidences.
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Good English communication skill
• Experience in accounts receivable (Min 3 years)
