HR Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening:
• Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Recruitment Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist with the logistics of interviews, including scheduling, room bookings, and candidate travel arrangements.
• Prepare interview materials, such as candidate briefing documents and interview guides.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Generate reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
