Sr. Manager/ DGM-Mechanical (Maintenance) For Phosphoric Acid Plant

Role & responsibilities: Sr. Manager/Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Maintenance (Mechanical) will lead the mechanical maintenance team in a Phosphoric Acid plant. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and improvement of mechanical maintenance activities for all equipment and systems within the plant. The DGM will ensure the plants mechanical infrastructure operates at optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of quality.
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
• Ability to work in a plant environment, which may include exposure to high temperatures, noise, and industrial machinery.
