Job Title: Zonal Manager - Operations

Job Summary: The Zonal Manager - Operations will oversee and manage the operations of multiple branches within a designated zone. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, driving performance improvements, and implementing company policies across the branches. The Zonal Manager will also be responsible for meeting financial targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a team of branch managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
   
• Oversee the daily operations of branches within the zone to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
2. Financial Management:
   
• Develop and manage the zones budget, ensuring cost control and achieving financial targets.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
3. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of branch managers to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify training needs and facilitate development programs for staff.
4. Customer Satisfaction:
   
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
5. Performance Improvement:
   
• Identify and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
   
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and other key metrics to senior management.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
7. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales) to align operations with company objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment across the zone.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the zone as required.
