We are seeking an experienced Electroplating Manager with a strong background in Zinc and ED Automatic Plant operations to join our team at IPSA Business India Private Limited (SURAJ Hinges) located in Rajpura, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the electroplating department to ensure high-quality production standards, process efficiency, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Zinc and ED Automatic Plating Plant.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and optimize plating processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor chemical usage, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure environmental compliance.
• Lead, train, and manage the electroplating team to achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement in product quality and production processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing Zinc and ED Automatic Electroplating Plant.
• Strong knowledge of electroplating processes, chemical handling, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
