Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive with 1+ years of expertise, preferably from the BFSI or NBFC sector, to manage and streamline our sales reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and aalyzing daily sales reports, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to support the sales team and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share daily performance reports of the sales team, including individual and team achievements against targets.

• Consolidate sales data and generate dashboards for management review.

• Maintain and update databases with sales records, client details, and other relevant information.

• Work closely with the sales team to gather required data and resolve discrepancies in reporting.

• Collaborate with senior management to design customized MIS reports based on business needs.

• Suggest and implement improvements to the MIS and reporting system to enhance efficiency.

• Automate repetitive reporting processes to save time and reduce manual errors. Compliance and Ensure all reporting is aligned with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

• Maintain a repository of all reports for future reference and audits.
  

Key Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as MIS executive, preferably from BFSI and NBFC sector

• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.

• Strong command of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

• Solid knowledge of data analytics and reporting techniques.

• Ability to handle and analyze large datasets. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
