Disbursement Executive

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive is responsible for performing Vendor payments (including Intercompany entities), Employee related claims disbursements and processing activities, which services a number of advertising agencies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Process cash disbursements complying with vendors payment terms.
Route requests to Agencies for vendor payments approval (including rush payments)
Process third party Vendor, Intercompany, rush payments and Employee related Travel & Expense (T&E) payments, Statutory Payments & Foreign Payments
File and archive original documents.
Identify ideas for process improvement utilizing industry leading practices.
Identify and help address customer needs and issues by answering questions.
Participate in giving and receiving feedback.
Perform payment reconciliations with vendors.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Facilitate Agency Local Finance with period-end closing activities.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education Qualification Graduation
3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
Experience in Advertising industry preferred
Ability to provide high level of customer service for the Disbursements process.
Strong written and oral communications skills in English
Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to disbursements.
Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure.
Ability to complete allocated tasks on time accurately.
Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in SAP and Tally systems.
