Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field; Masters preferred. 35+ years of experience in IT business development, including pre-sales and post-sales. Strong understanding of IT solutions (cloud, AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT, web/mobile applications). Knowledge of market trends and ability to align solutions with client goals. Proven track record in driving IT sales and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in developing business proposals and negotiating deals. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in IT project management. Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and sales cycles. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience in collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
