POSITION: -Sales Call Centre head
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor performance of the outsourced Call centre for first level filtering of Leads received from Marketing.
2. Manage - monitor and ensure conversion of filtered leads from inhouse Calling team.
3. Ensure that CRM is working well and all leads are getting best efforts from team and no lead is wasted.
4. Process weekly sales leads reports for submission to management
5. Hire, train and onboard new Call Center Agents as required to meet quotas
6. Collect and Analyze call center statistics and adjust processes to meet or exceed goals
QUALIFICATION
1. Similar experience of minimum 5 years
2. B.Tech/ MBA / MCA / MSC
3. Candidate if has head a BPO & CRM
4. Location Gurgaon
