Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Salesforce team.
Team Management :
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Salesforce team.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top Salesforce talent.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Salesforce Implementation and Customization :
- Oversee the implementation and customization of Salesforce CRM to meet specific business needs.
- Configure Salesforce to optimize sales, marketing, and service processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications to create a seamless user experience.
Data Management and Analytics :
- Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
- Utilize Salesforce's reporting and analytics capabilities to generate valuable insights.
- Implement data governance and security best practices.
Change Management :
- Drive user adoption of Salesforce and manage change effectively.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Develop and implement change management strategies.
Vendor Management :
- Manage relationships with Salesforce partners and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce resources.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Head or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant modules.
- Strong technical skills, including Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience in Salesforce administration, development, and testing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
