Job Summary :

The Performance Testing will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of performance testing strategies and solutions to ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in performance testing, strong technical skills, and the ability to architect comprehensive testing frameworks.

Benchmark Application :

- He/she should have complete knowledge of how the benchmarking is performed for the application.

- Monitor the application from a client and server perspective and report findings or suggestions to improve the product performance.

- He/she must collaborate with different departments to gather data specific to product performance

- Development of performance testing frameworks and scripts.

- Ability to utilize different performance testing tools (Ex. JMeter/LoadRunner)

- Should develop an API testing framework to develop the data required for performance testing.

What we value :

- Should have 8 to 10 years in Performance Engineering/Testing

- Should have knowledge on performance concepts like load/soak/scalability/stress testing.

- Should have experience with API-level performance testing and UI performance.

- Experience in planning, estimating, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests.

- Should have hands-on experience with performance testing tools (such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Locust, etc.)

- He/she should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining performance scripts.

- Could develop the API testing framework required for data creation in performance.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.

- Experience in diagnosing performance issues and bottlenecks

- Experience working in an agile environment.
