Role & responsibilities

• Head the Services for PAN India, located at Bangalore handling 50 Crs of revenue.
• Travel PAN India to drive Service Excellance & Customer relations.
• Responsible for revenue targets of PAN India through 10 branches with key focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsible to achieve or exceed the service business development plan by maintaining existing business and develop new accounts in various industry segments ( Medium and Light segments)
• Responsible to drive Service activities through Zonal Managers, branch managers, product managers, Franchisee, Dealers and execute service plan for assigned territory and products.
• Key reportees are Service Engineers through respective location Branch Managers & Service Coordinators.
• Will be responsible for all AMC, O&M, OTS & Customer retention PAN India.
• Maximizing the sales revenue by adding new customer's key accounts- AMCs, O&Ms & OTS.
• Focus on developing Service business with Hospitals, Hotels, IT Parks, Townships, SEZs' and other institutions for providing water and waste water solutions.
• Excellent Knowledge in water, waste water & water treatment Chemicals
• Capable to communicate, engage and effectively interact with senior management and with Zonal / branch heads on their performance and work out actionable objectives for the division
• Periodical pending order review, focus on collection through monthly targets. Follow policies and procedures (travel, commercial, credit and margins)
• Ability to create, coach and develop a strong leadership and service team under him in each branch and monitor movements and expenses of the team. Monitor Service Engineers training, overall growth.
• Support Zonal/Branch heads to achieve service business plan successfully, by visiting/monitoring dealer, franchisee accounts and appoint new franchisee in unreached areas
• Identify training needs of the team and organize training programs to develop appropriate skills.
