Role & responsibilities

Dy. Manager Production

BE Mechanical or Diploma Mech., with 8 to 10 years exp.

Job profile

1. Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.

2. Plan and prioritize operartions to ensure max. performance & min. delay

3. Determine manpower, equipment & rawmaterial needed to cover production demand

4. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.

5. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

6. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

7. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives,etc.)

8. Prepare & submit status and performance reports.

9. Keep paperwork organized.

10. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
