Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Compilation of various Sales, Product portfolio and Booking MIS report files.
• Coordination with Dealers, Terms at Locations, Plants, Products
• Coordination on Data Management on Team members sales Reports. Target vs achievements etc.
• Data analysis of Compiled details of Sales status, Order Booking details, Offer Bank, leads generated
• Keeping up-dated files on Order bookings, Sales generates, Leads generated.
• Coordinating Departmental review meets, HoD’s travel plan, Settlement of related claims/bills, and coordination thereof.
• Internal coordination with the internal departments, relating to sales, products.
• Maintaining and coordinating with external and internal stake holders on Social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing, campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, relating to Channel partners/dealers.
• Design and execute online/offline campaigns that help build brand awareness and engagement
• Actively collaborate with the clients, Vendors and teams to strategize and implement social media/digital campaigns, ATL BTL
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Monitor social media trends, analyze social metrics and channel these to build out quarterly plan
